Estarta Solutions is currently on the lookout for talented individuals to fill in an “After Hours Incident Manager” vacancy.
Working hours: 12.5 hours per shift/ [16 shifts a month]
Rotational shifts: (day & overnight)
Level: junior
Requirements:
• A four-year degree in MIS, BIS, Modern Languages, Applied English, Computer Science, or any relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical or semi-technical customer support environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The ability to conduct research and evaluate data
• The ability to formulate clear and persuasive messages
• The ability to apply rhetorical theory to professional practices Listening, clarifying, questioning, summarizing and responding skills
• The ability to work well with diverse groups/ individuals
