Chemical Engineer (Operation Shift Supervisor)

Title:   Chemical Engineer (Operation Shift Supervisor)

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in chemical plants as shift supervisor, is required to satisfy the main job tasks, including but not limited to:

• Ensure plant is running as per production plan sent by management.

• Follow-up on implementing operation and safety procedures.

• Supervise and assign specific responsibilities to Crew members.

• Follow up on employees issues together with area superintendent, and maintain good healthy environment of work for employees.

• Good knowledge in dealing with distributed Control System DCS.

• To participate in Emergency teams

     Skills:

• Good computer skills in MS office.

• Advanced English language skills.

• Communication skills.

• Managerial and supervisory skills.

• Root cause failure analysis and problem solving skills.

• Strong follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
