Job Vacancy: Customer Support Engineer- French Speaker
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Networking Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Or/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
2. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) knowledge
3. Very Good French and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
4. Very Good Communication and Customer Service skills
