Responsibilities
Execute the marketing strategies to support the brand and drive sales in line with the organizational objectives to meet company targets.
- Implement Marketing Plans within assigned targets to achieve overall company objectives.
- Gather and publish the staff weekly comms.
- Control and produce the staff internal magazine on a quarterly basis.
- Control and produce designs to be displayed on company screens.
- Execute the agreed upon Media Plan.
- Assist in organizing company’s participation in Expos, Conferences and Air Shows.
- Participate and represent the company in Industry gatherings.
- Handle business relationships with Advertising Agencies, PR Agencies and Event Organizers.
- Assist in controlling the appearance of all printed material, uniforms, Business cards, email signature, signage... etc., to be in line with the corporate identity rules manual (Corporate ID).
- Maintain a photo gallery covering all Joramco activities, events and facility pictures and supervise any photo/video shooting that takes place at the company.
- Work on Joramco internal and external appearance.
- Conduct Marketing Briefing meetings with the Sales Section when needed
- Assist in selecting Giveaways (Quantity and Quality) insuring company image and standards are maintained and supervise the distribution by setting up an inventory control system.
- Preparation and distribution of Invitations, Press Releases and Email Shots
- Produce Marketing Tools (ATL & BTL) in accordance with set Marketing Plan such as: Website, Corporate presentations, Mail Shots, Brochures, Flyers, Newsletter
- Assist in organizing Customers Events when and where needed.
- Manage/edit corporate website content and image.
- Support the Joramco Academy's Marketing needs.
- Social Media Channels Administrator and content manager (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Assist in preparing of Press Releases and publishing through aviation magazines and online news agencies plus social media channels
- Monitor the aviation sector for any prompt news and updates and circulate internally to the concerned people.
- Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in English Language
- Agency experience is a plus
- High level in MS office applications
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
