Skills and qualification required
- Bachelor's or diploma degree in IT field .
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support .
- English language is must .
- Proficient in Windows Servers OS and Hyper-V systems.
- Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications.
- Good working knowledge on office 365.
- Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
- Good knowledge of various networking concepts.
- Work under pressure .
