The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining Building & Facilities (B&F) and implementing tasks related to Process Control Improvement. Follow up contractors and sub-contractors who are involved in B&F projects and maintenance programs. The incumbent will also be responsible for implementing high quality and timely Engineering support services to other departments, taking into considerations JTI Engineering Standards, policies and procedures.
Major Tasks
- Contribution to Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Execute action plans relating to department KPIs assigned by supervisor.
- Provide feedback to supervisor with suggestions for any improvements.
- Provide accurate information and analysis for breakdowns, including root causes and corrective actions.
- Full involvement into ASP with Engineering team as well as global function, ensuring that all Engineering KPIs
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Mainly maintains and partly repairs the electrical and electronic utility equipment and works in new installations with improvements and developments which will increase efficiency and safety
- Responsible for the optimum functioning of the plant utilities, HVAC equipment and systems, Steam systems, Pressurized Air Systems, Electricity Systems, Water System, Security System and Solar System.
- Responsible for the development/implementation of optimal maintenance programs for building and utility, in order to maximize efficiency and reduce cost, while protecting the company’s assets
- Continuous Improvement
- Workplace organization (5S) improvement activities in factory facilities
- Support improvement of organization for materials, tools and fixed assets placement, and identification. Ensure proper cleaning is performed.
- Daily follow up and maintain in proper way all Building and Facility properties in accordance with 5S3R standards.
- Follow up suggestions and continuous improvement ideas implementation for production department in cooperation with suggestion system coordinator.
- Analyze utilities trends; providing technical and operational feedback.
Skills And Qualification
- Bachelor`s degree in electrical / Mechatronics engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in tobacco industry (preferred), or 5 years in FMCG industry in similar position.
- High motivation for personal development and learning
- Spirit of team work and flexibility to cooperate in multinational environment
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Solid knowledge in using Microsoft office (Excel, Power point)
- Demonstrated ability in leading teams, delegating and influencing others
- Ability to manage priorities and time
- Programming proficiency and energy management background is a plus
