Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Build, plan, and implement an effective marketing strategy and follow developments and innovations in the sector.
2. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
3. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
4. Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.
5. Measure ROI and all KPIs related to digital marketing activities.
6. Oversee all the company’s social media accounts and online content.
7. Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analyses.
8. Research competition, marketing watch on competitor’s campaigns, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
9. Leading digital marketing at the company level which requires transversal work and alignment with the different streams across the company to ensure reaching the ultimate goal/s.
10. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
11. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
12. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience in marketing
2. Experience strategizing multi-channel digital campaigns and building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
3. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Thorough understanding of inbound & outbound email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website strategy, customer relationship management, and more is required.
6. Ability to travel as necessary
7. Ability to multitask and react quickly to market changes.
