A leading company in outsourcing in Jordan is seeking to hire an Account Manager with the following requirements:
Responsibilities
• Process Customer Orders.
• Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Call & Emails on a very timely manner.
• Coordinate with our warehouses & customers on receiving and shipping orders.
• Arrange Shipping & Logistics from supplier warehouses, to our warehouses, and to customer.
• Ability to learn and pick up the technical side of the business.
• Process Purchase Orders to ITEQ.
• Maintain Inventory Levels for Customer Orders.
• Work with customers on order forecasting and possible future orders.
• Build and maintain relationship wtih existing customers to increase sales.
Qualifications
·Must be fluent in English.
·Must have past experience in Account Management or Customer Service.
·Must have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any related field.
·The ability to work late shifts from the office (Monday to Friday, up to 4 AM Jordan time).
·Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
