Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Reviewing the work requests as they received, to ensure their complying with the request and conferring with the requester.
- Prepares schedule for management approval, and ensure implementation of the procedures and processes that most effectively facilitate the achievement of maintenance plans objectives.
- Coordinate with related maintenance functions heads to supply inputs and assisting in implement plans, assist in monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance programs and follow up implementation in order to meet internal client requirements in terms of deadlines and service standards.
- Generates analytical activity reports and database information for allocated segment in order to monitor and track work progress and plans to completion.
- Participates in maintenance studies & projects, contributing expertise and analytical capability, in order to arrive at well-founded conclusions and recommendations.
- Ensure Keeping work order files by equipment number & all equipment information including spares and manuals to keep references and insure the full implementation of procedures & knowledge shared.
- Developing standards for repetitive job, historical jobs estimate & estimating the number of labour required.
- Collecting & maintaining database for spare parts coding to ensure the best utilization of spare parts availability.
- Reserving and follow up the stock and non-stock material & parts required, determine labour capacity for all schedules to insure all required recourses are available in timely manner.
- Analyses operational and activity reports and recommendations to identify patterns, trends and potential problem areas and initiate appropriate change programmes to improve integrity and effectiveness of operations & working with CMMS & ERP for data entry and reports analysis.
- Ensures self and staff are well presented through taking pride in the company uniform and observing personal hygiene standards and behaviours that enhance the company image.
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Electrical.
- A minimum of 2 years stretching experience in the field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong planning and organising skills.
- An analytical approach to problem solving
