Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum five years of experience two of which in a similar position.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Excellent follow up and communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
• Manage the GM’s business schedule and appointments
• Ensure that the GM attends all important meetings
• Manage the GM’s business phone calls
• Conduct any research the GM needs
• Problem solve any issues that the GM requests
• Schedule meetings for the GM internally and externally
• Serve as the communication channel between the GM management team
