1- Customer Service Officer (night shift)
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives through various channels.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Providing professional customer support.
2- Supply Chain Officer (night and day shift in rotation)
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, orders confirmations, and other important data
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and lead time
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study from a reputable university
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
