Job Description:
- Provide safety technical assistance guidance to engineers and operations regarding requirements, procedures and legislations
- Assist and perform needed HSE activities related to all HSE procedures such as but not limited to (Fall protection, electrcial safety, hazard energy control, managing contractors etc. )
- analyze training needs and work with related HSE team to establish training plans and evaluation
- review, update and establish standard operating procedures based on HSE requirements, machines manuals, government regulations etc.
- Develops, analyzes and integrates process safety information into studies and reports
- interact with other engineers to develop recommendations to mitigate identified industrial hazards and risks associated with operations, equipment, facilities etc.
- Perform advanced predictive industrial safety assessments and hazard analyses
- conduct training, awareness sessions for other department to communicate newly established risk assessments and control measures
- Remain updated with all Health, safety and environment for newly updated legal and international regulations. And updated industrial best practices and communicate with HSE management
- Conducts HSE internal department training for safety officers and cross-training of other personnel in professional or discipline-specific skills, techniques and procedures
- participate in reviewing or establishing HSE third party contractor agreements
- Interact with third party contractors at the planning phase and participate in pre-work risk assessment activities, and contractor evaluation
- Interprets national and international recognized ES&H standards and applies them to projects and facilities
- review and analyze HSE KPIs, monitor performance and report results to HSE management
- perform HSE spot checks, Audits and follow up on corrective actions, closing and validations

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Health Safety and environment
- Preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- OSHA 18001/or updated 45001 certified
- Ministry of Labor Accreditation
- NEBOSH is a Plus
- ISO 14001 And ISO 9001 is a plus
- Knowledge in Environmental aspects and impacts
- Experience in writing clear and Comprehensive HSE reports
- Knowledge in Audit processes and cycles
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, reading)
- Strong communication and problem solving skill
- Coaching skills
