QA Officer
QA officer’s responsibilities are:
1. Performing internal QA Audits as needed.
2. Quality circles issuing and filing.
3. Variance notice follow up and quarterly trending.
4. preparing for and follow up of External Inspections.
5. Preparing CAPA list and follow up its implementation.
6. Follow up cGMPs trend.
7. Preparing investigation Reports, as needed.
8. Verifying QA logbooks.
9. Prepare the overall monthly report for QA department for the achieved tasks after arrangement with all supervisors.
