Responsibilities:
- Design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web, based on research and best practices.
- Participate in defining and driving strategic direction from a user experience perspective.
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
- Create prototypes and wireframes.
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, research to identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback to implement them in the design.
- Have a great eye for beautiful and functional UI.
- Be a constant user advocate, internally within the UX team and externally with other teams within the organization.
- Rapid creation of working prototypes or mockups for demonstration or pre-sales purposes.
- Adapt to a very high pace environment.
- Willing to learn new methods and sharing new ideas.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture or any related field, preferably with an engineering background.
- 4+ years of experience in a tech company, agency or freelance.
- Owns an amazing portfolio that demonstrates the use of creative and novel solutions to solve complex problems.
- Has excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
- A problem solver with great attention to details.
- Demonstrates a user-centric mindset.
- Presents a creative and analytical approach.
- Understands interaction design principles.
- Knows industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Illustrator, Zeplin and is willing to learn new tools.
- Business know-how: Understands business metrics and translates company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- Preferably UX certified.
