Job description

Overview

The Customer Support Officer is responsible to act as a first-line officer that responds to incoming calls from customers to answer all their questions and inquiries..

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from clients to solve all incoming problems and inquiries;
  • Handle the resolutions of all problems and inquiries received by WhatsApp;
  • Follow up on issues, requests, and onboardings;
  • Build and match integration menus;
  • Handle all social media presence related to problem-solving;
  • Manage and confirm appointments with customers;
  • Export reports when required;
  • Support client’s inquiries;
  • Solve technical issues;



Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in the customer services role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technical knowledge.
  • Teamwork.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in the use of Screencastify, Lightshot, Toggle Track, and Freshdesk (Preferrable)
