Overview
The Customer Support Officer is responsible to act as a first-line officer that responds to incoming calls from customers to answer all their questions and inquiries..
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from clients to solve all incoming problems and inquiries;
- Handle the resolutions of all problems and inquiries received by WhatsApp;
- Follow up on issues, requests, and onboardings;
- Build and match integration menus;
- Handle all social media presence related to problem-solving;
- Manage and confirm appointments with customers;
- Export reports when required;
- Support client’s inquiries;
- Solve technical issues;
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in the customer services role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
