Job Description:
Delivery of hangar production tasks to schedule, within Quality, Cost and Delivery targets. Responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness and good order of hangar facility ensuring that all procedural requirements are met (e.g. bay audits). Responsible for effective management of Safety, Health and Environmental aspects. Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective deployment of resources. Reporting to and working with Director of Maintenance to drive hangar productivity to maximise cost performance within a busy multi bay maintenance environment.
Job Qualifications:
Mandatory
- Minimum 15 years in the aviation field, including 5 years in managerial level.
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience within a multi-line Part 145 MOR at a senior level.
- Holder of valid B1 or B2 (EASA/CARC) license.
- Strong comprehension and knowledge of airworthiness regulations.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Strong Business Acumen
- Customer focused individual.
Desirable
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or diploma degree in related field.
- Trained in Lean/six Sigma and practiced in its application.
- Arabic Speaking.
- Experience in the use of MRO aviation M&E (ERP) software.
