Overview
QRTA is seeking to hire a Technology Solution Support, This position serves primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementations, functions and upgrades, resolve user complaints and/or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
The candidate must have a minimum of :
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field,
- with a minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
