Job Responsibilities
- Develop a good understanding of our SAP landscape to provide the best support possible.
- Act as first level support to receive, validate and categorize the reported issues.
- Logging incidents, and service requests in SAP IT Service Management system (ITSM).
- Route or escalate the reported cases to the designated team members.
- Follow up with our onsite and offshore support teams to ensure the resolution of reported issues within the agreed SLA.
- Ensuring that proper procedures and approvals are in place before certain actions like user creations or projects creation are done.
- Support the team in extracting statistical reports for audit and governance purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT related fields
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command in English
- Team Player
