Position: Cash Van Unit Manager
Job Purpose:
Supervise Sales representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets, develop Sales Representatives sales skills and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase the number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution
Work on achieving the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, (2 of which as a sales supervisor - in case of internal hiring) or (2 of which as unit manager in case of external hiring)
