Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper and timely denied party screening process for shipments, customer and vendors.
- Supervise compliance officers and develop their compliance experience and abilities.
- Lead and improve processes as needed in the different compliance programs.
- Ensure alliance between different compliance programs.
- Develop or enhance compliance policies as needed.
- Lead the third party due diligence process and ensure proper controls are in place
- Lead compliance issue reviews as needed.
- Perform statistical and analytical skills to ensure proper compliance coverage in the different compliance programs.
- Align and contribute towards achieving the Corporate and Compliance strategies through leading and implementing existing or new projects.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of compliance experience.
- Minimum 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Proven track record of initiating objectives and achieving them.
- Must be a self-starter and able to manage a function.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent command in English
- Audit experience desirable.
- Ability to travel to different countries.
