Job Description
- Welcome new training cohorts and ensuring they are well-integrated.
- Oversee, manage and control the implementation of training plans.
- Follow-up with lead trainers, trainer and assistant on the training progress.
- Set up partnerships with partners and companies to facilitate trainees’ professional development through internship / full time jobs as well as meeting with students during the training courses.
- Ensure the monitoring of graduates’ work placement and keep up following up with them.
- Guarantee abiding by the training partner principles and directions.
- Participate in trainees’ progress stages and evaluation.
- Setting academy KPIs, monitor and report performance against set indicators and plans.
- Keep a track for all trainees’ information and journey from outreach to job placement.
- Hold and chair regular team meeting, provide support and manage conflict.
- Keep everyone apprised of the academy team status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or related IT fields.
- 5 years of professional experience in training field especially at supervisory role.
- Proven experience working with youth and local partners to achieve program objectives
- Organized and have the ability to assign tasks, provide feedback and work with different team members and on multiple activities effectively.
- Have the ability to provide technical and financial reports.
- Good level of English language.
