Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Identify, analyze, and pinpoint trends and patterns in the bank’s data sets that enable leveraging to further growth.
Communicate and present findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
Work closely with management to prioritize operational and strategic objectives using a data-driven approach.
Interact with senior management and unit heads to identify information needs based on products, transactions, technology, and services offered by the bank.
Design and improve the bank’s data collection and database designs to optimize efficiency and improve data quality.
Acquire data from internal and external data sources that can be used to enhance the bank’s data sets and improve analysis.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,CIS, BIT, Industrial Engineer, Mathematics or Statistics.
Experience:
Fresh graduates with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a Data Science or Data Analysis role.
Competencies:
Fluent in English and Arabic language.
Strong analytical skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in problem solving skills and creative thinking.
Ability to distill and present key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Project management skills related to data and research-focused projects.
