Managed Services Officer
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of Managed Services Officer.
The duties of the Managed Services Officer include being a reference point for all IT-related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.
The Managed Services officers are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments. They are required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting #technical_support issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in SWE or Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- IT certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, MCITP, MCSA)
- Prior experience with Unity or Maya will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Maximum one year of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
