Extensya Jordan is hiring for📍Irbid & 📍Amman sites! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Representative has to answer all inbound and outbound calls.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative needs to respond to the customer queries through phone calls. He/She must be knowledgeable about the different products and services related to the organization in which the Customer Service Representative is currently employed.
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent typing and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail).
- Full availability for all shifts (Morning, Evening and Night).
- Customer Service oriented.
- A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background.
- Call Center experience is a huge plus.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Communicate with customers over the phone.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and overcome objections.
- Should be capable of handling issues and complaints by providing solutions to customers.
- Able to handle calls in a high-pressure environment.
- Should be fully aware of information related to the product or services of the organization.
- Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements.
