Roles and responsibilities


  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Chairman.
  • Arrange and booking travel, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative system
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Arrange for maintenance.
  • Review business opportunities and draft reports.
  • Review contracts and draft comment reports.
  • Draft and create a presentation.
  • Follow up with Chairman companies.
  • Follow up on family matters if and when asked.

 

Social Media & Marketing

 

  • Follow up with the CEO of social media agency on a daily basis regarding the social media posts and content.
  • Review the weekly calendar plan and create a weekly flow of the content and the topics.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the status of the social media page in terms of likes/interactions after every post and fan acquisition campaign.
  • Read, review and edit post storyboards.
  • Arrange for marketing material to be designed and/or printed.

 

Chairman Foundation

 

  • Follow and maintain the foundation structure and flow.
  • Ensure that the foundation responsibilities are implemented.
  • Update the Chairman on the Foundation matters, pending matters etc.
  • Create new foundation initiatives.
  • Maintain the foundation portfolio.

 

Requirement


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master preferred)
  • Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and time management and follow-up skills.
