Key responsibilities
- To provide end-to-end financial services to the Bank’s retail clients in a professional, courteous and prompt manner within high quality standards and in accordance with the set Bank policies, procedures and central bank regulations
- To maintain strong relations with current clients and build new client relations
- To achieve the monthly sales targets as per Bank policies
- To carry out the day-to-day banking operations using the bank’s digital platforms
- To maintain periodic status reports, daily activity reports
Job requirements
Experience:
- At least (1-2) years of experience in a customer service role, preferably banking experience
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or any other related degree
Language:
- Good English Language proficiency level (reading/writing/speaking)
Knowledge:
- Thorough knowledge of branch operations and procedures
- Good understanding of the various banking products and services
- Strong understanding of central bank regulations
- Strong knowledge in anti-money laundering regulations
Technical & Personal Skills:
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Sales and customer-oriented
