About the job

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:


This role of Training and Quality Manager will set the vision, strategies, direction, and culture of their teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and objectives. The candidate will be responsible for creating all in-source and outsource material by building, analyzing, and delivering set material across multiple functions and strategic partners.


𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


  • 6-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Customer Service department.


  • Location: Irbid.


  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background.


  • Experience managing the review and quality assurance processes for training content and materials.


  • Should have excellent interpersonal skills, highly energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced driven environment along with certain qualities such like; effective communicator and people focused.


  • Strong data skills: Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills, including profound knowledge of statistical analysis, Excel, and/or other analytical techniques.


  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
