We are looking for a highly talented, driven, and resourceful Receptionist to join our team at Jawaker. We are mainly looking for creative problem solvers with the right attitude to learn. You will work closely with multiple departments in Jawaker to deliver a great gaming experience to our players.

Resposnibilties :
Answer telephone calls
Responsible for the petty cash
Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations
Meeting Rooms booking
Contribute to the security of the office by helping to monitor visitors' access
Obtain or send information or documents using a computer, mail ..
Perform other administrative support tasks, such as keeping appointment calendars
Shedule all staff meetings
Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail and courier deliveries
Process and prepare travel vouchers or other documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Nice to Have
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
