Position:
Sales Supervisor – Cash Van

Job Purpose:
Supervise Cash van Sales Representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily sales targets, develop sales representatives and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase the number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution


Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At Least 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Lead a morning meeting with the Sales Representatives and review the previous day’s targets that include: Sales Volume, Distribution, Coverage, visits, and month’s priorities, in addition to the competition, reports.
• Lead a monthly meeting with the Sales Representatives to review the next month’s priorities, promotions, and plan, and review last month’s results, strong points, and opportunities for improvement to be considered during the next month
• Conduct individual meetings with the Sales Representatives to review performance, priorities, and identification of strong points and opportunities for improvement, and to set a performance improvement plan for the coming period
• Ensure the readiness of sales representatives before visiting the market, this readiness includes: Handhelds, Printer, routes, reports templates, visibility tools and displays such as stands, marketing, and promotional materials, in addition to loading their Cash Vans with 100% of products in the required quantities and priorities
• Prepare daily reports that include: productivity, visibility, sales volumes, competition, training, and submit these reports to the Unit Manager
• Add new customers to the Customer’s database and print the new customer’s barcode, stick the new barcode at the Customer’s premises and raise the Customer’s awareness about the company products and the most appropriate sales plans
• Conduct daily Cash Van stocktaking and on periodical basis and prepare reports with the stocktaking results, submit such to the QA department and the Unit Manager and coordinate with the QA for future stocktaking.
• Coordinate with the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor on issues related to Vehicles Maintenance and issue Maintenance requests when needed
