Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.
- Respond promptly to patients’ inquiries.
- Keep records of customer comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ability to work in different time shifts.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
- Presentable and able to communicate with patients.
- Amman resident.
