A leading company in outsourcing in Jordan is seeking to hire a "Customer Service Rep" with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Process Customer Orders.
• Customers account management.
• Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Call & Emails in a very timely manner.
• Follow up on customer's orders via emails and calls.
• Sales Managers support.
• Processing documents for products, shipping, and price quotes.
• Arrange Shipping & Logistics from warehouses, to our customers.
• Work with customers on order forecasting and possible future orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking).
• Must have experience in Account Management or Customer Service.
• Must have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any related field.
• The ability to work late shifts in the office (Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM Jordan time).
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
