We Are Hiring “Customer Service Officer”
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Diploma Degree in any related field
- One-year Experience in the same field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational skills
- A desire to collaborate company-wide to achieve results and targets in a very transparent space
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
