Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Review the Banks' organization design to ensure that the bank is always staffed with the optimal number and caliber of employees.
- Validate job descriptions to ensure alignment with structure, work specialization and desired outcome.

- Participate in formulating plans for meeting the Bank’s workforce requirement and ensuring proper utilization of human resources to meet Bank’s objectives.
- Ensure that all workforce plans are being implemented in accordance with international benchmarks in cooperation with other departments within the HR.
- Participate in Carrying out Benchmark studies on banking workloads assessment to advice on optimum staffing level requirements.
- Prepare projections of workforce requirements in liaison with Functions.
- Participate in Prepare workforce budget in liaison with finance division and managing the implementation of workforce Budget.
- Validate requests for transfers and movement of staff across the bank’s functions.
- Define the proper proficiency levels of technical and behavioral competencies for all jobs across the bank.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University degree in Human Resources / Industrial Engineering or any related field from a recognized university, preferably with specialization in HR.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a leading multinational company.
Competencies:
- Excellent Command in Arabic & English.
- Strong Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding line of business plans & objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills.
