- Sales Analyst.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
- Studying competitors' products.
- Sales analysis and the ability to locate defects in them.
- Collect and estimate data and reports that increase sales.
- Provide administrative support to Country Manager.
- Perform all administrative duties; as example and not limited to
(writing and
sending e-mails, Filing, Data entry, collection of both incoming and
outgoing mail / couriers, together with their distribution as
appropriate.
- Prepare minutes of meetings for all meetings held in the
department with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations for management and team meetings
- Extract reports from sales force system to obtain coverage and
frequency
- Provide accurate sales and stock reports on timely manner
- Perform IMS analysis and provide country manager with the
needed information to prepare SWOT analysis and corresponding planning
- Perform sales analysis as well as forecast per therapeutic area and per SKU
- Perform stock and inventory analysis to ensure availability of adequate stock based on the required safety stock in coordination with supply and demand teams while minimizing expiries at the same time
- Track and monitor samples consumption.
- Follow- up customers’ orders from the beginning until delivery.
- Foster strong relationship with the agents, follow up To - market sales, and sales and inventory analysis per customer and per SKU
- Analyze and evaluate agent performance
- Verify pharmacies statements of account
- Follow-up legal cases related to customers outstanding balances in Jordan
*Requirements:
- BSc in Statistic and Economics.
- 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- English language, very good Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- Strong ethics and reliability.

- Critical thinker with constructive approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Organization and time management, well organized with the demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Positive attitude, demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
- Communication, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
- Computers and data entry Skills (Microsoft Applications).
