A leading company in outsourcing in Jordan is seeking to hire a "Customer Service Rep" with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Call & Emails in a very timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Process Customer Orders.
• Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer's needs.
• Work with customers on order forecasting and future order demands.
• Follow up on customer's orders via emails and calls.
• Sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking).
• 0-2 years of working experience (Entry Level).
• Must have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• The ability to work late shifts from the office (Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM Jordan time).
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
