Responsibilities
· Collect data from different sources
· Cold call potential leads to inform about our service offering
· To answer questions about the company and its unique value proposition
· Set appointments for offline agents to close the deal
· Go the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
· Update and enter information on our CRM
· Handle objection and direct it to the appropriate team
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the cycle
· Record calls to learn from them
Requirements
· Proven experience in cold calling leads
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
· Good knowledge of using relevant CRM software
· Passionate about learning about our services and ability to explain them
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
