Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Maintain ,support and rollout Oracle Cloud Applications (Performance Management, Learning and Recruitment).
- Design, configure, maintain and support enterprise oracle Human resource applications.
- Identify and implement work processes in oracle applications according to industry best practices.
- Build software applications using the standard tools used in the Application Development team and according to the defined standards and quality.
- Build interface code.
- Build reports using report builder and XML templates.
- Perform bulk data loading according to the standards implemented in the team.
- Perform Employee relevant training.
- Provide required support for team members.
- Successfully complete the project related tasks on time and with the needed quality.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience:
- Up to 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Competencies:
- Oracle / SQL.
- Very good English.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Very good in using development tools.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Technical writing skills.
