We are Looking For IT & Network Technician In Jordan Site,

Job Summary

Install new software releases, system upgrades evaluate and resolve system software related problems.

Monitor, manage and maintain windows server environments.

Installing and Managing Microsoft 365.

Ensuring that storage, archiving, Backup, and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.

Managing and testing backup and recovery plans

Maintaining and supporting general computing and telecommunication services, such as LAN network, Servers, WAN, and other network devices.

Supporting and maintaining all equipment (PCs, printer, photocopier, and related services), diagnose and resolve hardware and/or software problems & practices to meet business requirements.

Training the employees on the company system and procedures for computer equipment.

Install and configure the Cisco Routers, switches, and firewall.

Support of the CCTV and VOIP Systems

Education

· BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Experience

· 2-4 years of experience in the same filed.

Languages

Excellent Command in English

Competencies

                                        

General IT technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support).

·Ability to support internal and external networks.

· Ability to solve software and hardware for computers.

·Good Knowledge of backup and recovery systems

Good Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies.

Organizational and time management skills

Teamwork.

Ability to work independently.

Understanding of Windows networking concepts.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to write standard documentation.
