Job Description
Scope of work :
The job holder will be responsible for undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities. S/he will also assist in planning and implementing of trade marketing activities and initiatives that are aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate, with external vendors and agencies, any matters pertaining to trade marketing activities.
Administer the tasks as they relate to invoicing, procurement, and purchase orders creation.
Assist in the development of departmental budgets, while recording and keeping track on expenditures and reporting budget achievement.
Assist in the execution of all marketing/trade marketing programs, while assisting in the development of new initiatives that are aligned with departmental goals.
Provide support with product labeling, new offers tracking and identification on the system.
Assist in the sales team engagement activities as they arise.
Support team to deploy the AOP by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule.
Perform competitor performance analysis, and continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer/competitor data; to provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. Liaise the release of materials with WH team.
Ensure trade marketing tools are well maintained as per set standards.
Work hand in hand with the CSRs on the marketing tools and the planned executions in the market.
Participate in the weekly meetings to provide and gain insight on market opportunities.
