Product & Branding Manager
Dada Group is currently looking to hire a highly-creative Product & Branding Manager with a background in retail marketing. The brand manager’s role is developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and market expansion. They will be responsible for identifying customers’ needs, analyzing the market and reflecting this on the brand strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs, market trends and any needed products.
- Managing and facilitating a products’ life cycle.
- Building and sharing strategic roadmaps for different brands and products.
- Be a market expert when it comes to competition.
- Support sales team when needed.
- Analyzing and reporting on progress/achievement for different products.
- Liaise with communication team to identify advertising needs.
- Develops the business case for new products.
- Develops positioning for the product.
- Monitor performance.
- Provides information for management to support product forecasts.
- Facilitate inventory turnover.
- Coordinates with the rest of the team on important valuable information.
- Liaise and coordinate with digital marketing supervisor and communication manager on needed advertising focus and needed campaigns.
- Understanding and representing user needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field.
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in marketing within the retail or FMCG filed.
- Ability to deliver on deadline.
- Ability to multitask and to remain functional under intense pressure.
- Possess very strong communication skills (English & Arabic), both written and verbal.
- Possess very strong skills in management and organization.
