Job Purpose
Perform agents and merchants commercial-related and account management activities, such as network expansion, acquisition and retention in order to promote the mobile payment services. Also, responsible for communicating the latest service/product offerings to the existing and potential clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction and meet the targets while adhering to the company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Handle agents and merchants accounts acquisition
- Handle agents and merchants customer base expansion, acquisition, and retention activities
- Responsible for generating sales leads
- Conduct training sessions to introduce products and services to new and existing clients/partners
- Build and maintain long-term business relationship with agents and merchants
- Respond to existing and potential clients’ inquires and promote new products/services through calls, site visits, …etc.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey and a high customer satisfaction level while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Provide continuous awareness on the new products, services, and policies
- Track sales achievements in comparison to the set targets and report results as needed
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role’s scope of work including field visits during marketing on field campaigns
Education
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
Work Experience
A minimum of 2-4 Years in sales/ customer relationship management.
Knowledge Of
- Good knowledge of technology and fintech
- Basic knowledge of payments industry
- Good knowledge of sales cycle and various sales techniques
Skills In
Excellent command of communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing
- Excellent command of technical writing skills in both Arabic and English
- Good presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills
