A Leading Restaurants Group (Franchise )is Looking for CEO / Executive Manager as the below details :
Role Summary
- The CEO leads the company to achieve company performance goals, company mission & vision, leads and supervises all relevant activities within all departments. The position is responsible for leading, providing feedback and developing the full potential of department heads, team member.
- Scope of the role:
- Submit strategic plan to the board of directors that includes Development plan, Marketing plan, and Sales plan on a yearly basis
- Develop company vision, mission and goals
- To coach, develop and manage a senior team member
- To ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
- Implement operational and standards to obtain results
- Achieve financial goals
- Lead marketing and business development activities
- Represent the company in board meetings and processes.
- Monitor Supply chain department (purchasing, warehouse )
Skills / Requirement
- Minimum 10-years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant (or similar) industry
- BCs degree in administration management, hotel management, hospitality or any related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with comfortability in training and public speaking environments
- Experienced in restaurants and/ or hotel organizations with a steady, stable employment history, an attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Experience building exceptional restaurant brands. Experience with casual dining establishments would be advantageous
- Proficient in reviewing financial, budget, statistical and/or performance data, manipulating data, and developing insights
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of restaurant POS systems
- Fluency in Arabic, and a high degree of English language proficiency is required
