Leading Engineering & Investment Co is seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineers in the following positions:
1)Technical Sales Support Engineer (Job code: SE /1031):
− Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.
− Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
− Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
− Obtain sales orders to meet monthly sales target and develop new accounts.
− Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
− Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
− Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills for both position:
− Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
− Minimum one year’s experience selling HVAC systems , pumps , valves or industrial product / fresh graduates are welcome
− Excellent command in English, Arabic language skills to business level
− Strong relationship builder, presentation skills, consultative selling skills
− Dynamic , aggressive and have outgoing personality
− Desire to work in small company environment and motivated to drive growth.
− Preferred to have his own car .
2)Senior Engineer Sales (Job code: SM/103)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contributes and implements sales department goals and objectives
- Coordinates, advises, instructs and manages all activities and personnel of the sales department under his / her responsibility
- Conducts regular visits to consultant, key accounts and prospect’s companies and support sales team to close the deals
- Develops a sales growth plan for the company products, collaborates with sales staff to carry out the sales plan, implements the approved plan and achieves the required targets.
- Develops new markets through new customers, segments, and products
- Making market studies including comparison of different brand products, sales forecasts and propose sales plans and reports.
- Job responsibility might require travel regionally and internationally in order to promotes, sells, attends training, conducts training, participates and attends exhibitions and tradeshows
Minimum Education, Experience and Skills for both position
− Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
− Minimum 3 up to 5 years' experience; selling, HVAC systems, pumps, valves, or industrial products is plus
− Excellent command in English and Arabic language skills to business level
− Project management skills
− Ability to close large and complex deals
− Excellent communication and negotiation skills
− Desire to work in competitive environment and motivated to drive growth.
− Strong relationship builder, presentation skills, consultative selling skills
− Have his own car
