Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Corporate Communications and Sustainability Department / CER division for a one year internship contract under Zain Youth Program to Support the DeZain Space management in running the day to day functions in both the physical and the online space in addition to providing support in the different campaigns and designers’ bootcamps.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the designers and DeZain stakeholders
- Update the databases for the designers and DeZain stakeholders
- Update the designers information on DeZain website
- Update the stock on DeZain website
- Arrange photoshoots with the support of Zain Studio for the website stock
- Follow up any issues on the website with the vendor
- Arrange for items delivery by contacting the designers (to make sure the items are available), to provide location of items pick up for the delivery company and to provide information of the customer address and delivery details
- Customer care: by assisting the customer when items are sold form the website to confirm the purchase and its details (size, color, etc.). Call the customer after delivery and get their feedback on the product and service.
- Get updates for the designers latest achievements and milestones from the designers
- Arrange for designers to participate in bazaars and pop ups and DEZAIN shops, update their stock sheets, communicate with them for stock update and marketing the event via their channels, communicate with them the ins and outs times if needed for events.
- Get updates for the designers latest achievements and milestones from the designers
- Arrange for mentorship sessions with the designers
- Promote the designers and website and any event on DEZAIN space social media
What Do You Need to Qualify
- The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
