Managing ICT products based on Orange product life cycle methodology (p-TTM) with all concerned stakeholders internally and externally (ITN, finance, legal and regulatory, sourcing, customer care, sales, quality, external partners etc.)
-Understanding of all B2B ICT product portfolios across all product categories for the continuous evolution of it in an integrated way of end-to-end services providing
-Supporting large segment for more acquisition, retention, value extraction and customer experience by initiating new sales and marketing targeted approaches, vertical value proposition and any other supportive activities.
-Having a deep understanding of IT & telecom sectors and always up-to-date with new trends and best practices in the industry
-Ability to source information easily to help build strategies around product roadmap, portfolio, competition and sales strategy across all segments.
-Managing day-to-day operational work to ensure products on-time launch based on the roadmap development plans
-Problem-solving on a day-to-day basis to ensure that product launch dates are met, customer experience is met, technical issues are solved and internal parties’ engagement is done.
-Monitor revenues and product take-up to ensure that the product is performing according to set KPIs.
-Prepare specialized reports and various analyses of data upon need
-Ongoing support across all EBU functions for products success and business development
-Initiating new creative ideas for digital transformation and artificial intelligence (data monetization)
Teamwork Skills, English Language Proficiency, Presentation Skills, Analytical and research skills, Computer Skills;
-Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration Electrical/Telecom Engineer or IT.
-4-6 years of experience in telecom and marketing an advantage, however candidates with strong evolution potential will be considered
-MBA and professional certificates are plus
