Job Brief:
Responsible for planning network by analyzing network behavior and accountable for provide inputs into the design of capacity and load planning according to commercial/business requirements, to enhance network coverage, customer perception and network business strategy and follow up network expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform link budget analysis and Coverage prediction, understand and utilize design criteria including coverage and traffic analysis for different technologies GSM, UMTS, and LTE. Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive testing data for model tuning and calibration.
- Perform nominal and detailed RF design, including site selection and site acquisition support
- Perform efficient frequency/scrambling code planning, HSN, BSIC and neighboring list to minimize interference
- Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies to maximize use of existing resources (Network Utilization, Upgrade and TRX reshuffling…)
- Analyzing RNC/BSC/LAC/TAC/TAL and implement required action for improving KPIs (Paging and location update Success rate).
- Plan for new sites, expansion sites, network phases and new network projects
- Ensure all design parameters and BoQ is implemented according to target and budget
- Prepare follow-up reports for projects progress and milestones to follow design requirements implementation
- Create and manage all sites database to make sure all physical database inputs correctly imported

Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or any related subjects.
