Job Purpose:
A Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties. S/he will Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database, providing input for Payroll, and assisting the different human resource activities. This will also involve keeping HR records, following up on employee benefits, and assisting with the performance management system. in addition to arranging orientation sessions for new hires and handling other HR-related tasks.
Requirements and skills:
· Experience of Menaitceh HRMS is a must
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Responsibilities:
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
· Create and implement effective onboarding plans
· Develop training and development programs
· Assist in performance management processes
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Maintain employee records (attendance, Employees data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
· Work directly under the supervision of the HR Manager in the execution of HR Policies and Procedures ensuring that all HR operations are carried out in accordance with standards and taking required actions to align HR processes with the applicable labor law.
· Administration of all HR operations, including but not limited to staff contracts and contract renewals, changes in status, exit management, and benefit entitlement follow-up with the Compensation and benefits unit.
· Regularly update personnel records filing system ensuring that information is filed in an orderly and timely manner.
· Manage the leave management system and maintain proper records of staff annual leave balances.
· Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records and in collaboration to the Compensation and Benefits Department.
· Support in preparation of HR Reports and data analysis.
· Ensure all onboarding documentation are complete in personnel files (Both electronic and hard copy), and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes, as well as follow up on contract signings.
· Handle the onboarding process to welcome new employees ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge needed to perform their job properly and get engaged within the Organization.
