• BSc degree in information technology/ computer science / or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience as a technical support officer and / or admin officer
• Very good understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
• Diagnosis skills of technical issues
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and self-learn using online tools
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Technical Support Front:
o Provide technical support to all company departments within the company
o Execute all installation, operation and maintenance work for all hardware, software, applications and programs
o Monitor and maintain computer and security systems including networks
o Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
o Management of company systems and databases
• Admin Front:
o Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed
o Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors, obtain offers and prepare contracts when needed
o Review, compare, analyze, and recommend products and services to be purchased
o Ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality
o Maintain accurate vendor and pricing records
o Manage the inventory system and ensure recording stock appropriately
o Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking, procurement, appointment setting, filing, reporting, and logistical support for other departments
• Any other related task needed to fulfill the requirements of the position
