Mindset, a regional social research firm based in Amman is looking to hire a Technical Project Coordinator with the below qualifications:
o Minimum of one year of professional experience related to market research and/ or project management.
o Previous experience in the humanitarian sector is preferred.
o Bachelor’s degree from a recognized international university is preferred.
o Excellent command of written and spoken English.
o Very good command of Microsoft Office.
Some of the responsibilities include:
o Incept projects and conduct regular meetings with the project teams.
o Create the projects’ action plans (including timeline, staffing, deliverables, milestones).
o Distribute work to team members and follow up on day-to-day tasks.
o Facilitate the coordination between all departments to ensure highest quality of deliverables.
o Prepare training manuals and presentations.
o Create the quality assurance manual for each project and ensure compliance of all project members.
o Ensure compliance with client requirements, research guidelines and best practices.
o Monitor and review project and team performance and escalate issues in a timely manner.
o Submit daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports.
o Monitor project budgets and project related expenditure.
o Review client deliverables and ensure they abide by Mindset’s quality standards.
o Report writing and editing (internal and external reports).
