Job Purpose:
To assist the CEO’s office and Commercial department with executive projects including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program initiative. The Project Manager will drive a Continuous Improvement (CI) framework within all departments in Joramco.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive projects mainly from CEO office
- Support Joramco business development activities
- Adhere to the company and department approved systems, policies, and procedures in performing his duties
- Participate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, water segregation, etc.), and notify for any environmental-related nonconformities
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities within the scope of his job
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, business administration, or any related field
- 7 years experience, minimum of 5 years of experience
- MRO, Aviation experience – Optional
- Accredited certificates or courses in PMP, six sigma, 5S is an advantage
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working
- Project Management – (including Project Management tools)
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications and a professional in PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic languages
